  First, wear surf shoes or something. The ground is shelly. Painful without footwear. But after that, it's fantastic. Lots of things to look at, explore, really unique. Definitely look it up when you're on Cortes.

  Spectacular beach. Quiet beauty with lots to explore. We enjoyed kayaking and looking for oysters and clams.

  Nature's beauty abounds .. Mansons Landing Provincial Park encompasses soft sand beaches , a government wharf , and picturesque Arbutus and Fir trees . There are no amenities within the park but easy access to Cortes Island's markets . Overnight camping is not allowed here but available at Smelt Bay Provincial Park just a few kilometers south.

  Go get yourselves some casual oysters and clams from the bay at low tide. At high tide, there is a friendly harbour seal to go boating with out by the waterfall usually. Very tranquil setting, epitome of unspoilt BC coast
